Converter Box Keeps Shutting Off

My converter box keeps shutting down after only 1 min of being on. It turns off at random times sometimes like every 2 5 minutes for about 20 minutes then it stops and stays on. I have already checked the sleep timers and all other timers and no timers are set on.
